We prospect and dig for gems & minerals and we have high-end proven gold, mineral, crystal and gemstone mines & mining claims for sale or lease in the western USA.  We also offer Mineral and Crystal Specimens, Virgin Valley Nevada & Worldwide Opals, and Gemstones for sale. ​​

• We travel frequently and at least twice annually for a month or more to prospect, stake claims, and dig for gems and minerals, normally in late August/early September and again in January.  We've been collecting minerals, gems & prospecting since the mid 1980s and mining since the early 1990s.  

• We encourage you to learn about gems & minerals by joining a club, attending a show, reading books, subscribe to magazines, and browsing online forums!

•  WANTED: WE WANT / WE BUY:   Blue Cap Tourmalines from Pala California; Gold From Custer South Dakota and Homestake Gold Mine specimens; See our "Wants" HERE.  We also do "trades."  We are always willing to trade our gems and mineral specimens for GOLD.

• When out mining or traveling, it may take us 1-3 weeks to check emails, calls, voicemails, as we will be in remote areas with no  services....  If we are out mining or traveling our STORE / SHOP pages will have all store items hidden w/ a message  "There are no products to show at the moment."  The shop will reopen when we arrive back.  Please check back!
