I was alerted a couple days back to a post John Church (of Swordfish Mining Virgin Valley Opal in Denio Nevada) recently made on his facebook group page known as the Virgin Valley Opal Group. In the post were two photos depicting that (1) he was digging on claims previously owned by me, and now owned by my father, and (2) that his dog "Gemma" was with him while doing so. It appears that his vehicle is also in the background. The location of the photos and violation/s is/are definitively on the WRT Stonetree Lode Mining claim in Virgin Valley which belongs to my father Al Wentzell who owns Dominion Opal Mines and the WRT Lode opal group in Virgin Valley. In the first photo is shown a fresh amount of moved dirt and a shovel. IT IS ILLEGAL TO DIG ON SOMEONE ELSE'S MINING CLAIM. This is known as HIGHGRADING and is a form of thievery (THEFT) where a person enters on another's mine to mine and steal ore etc. We have suspected this for a long time but he was stupid enough to post the pictures of doing it. Merely being present on someone else's mining claim in Nevada with digging tools is enough to support a conviction for attempted theft! There is caselaw on this. He provided enough evidence to convict himself (links below; i have saved pdf's with the hyperlinks when he deletes and the data will always be available from facebook with a legal summons):

The Landmarks are obvious and proof that he was on the WRT claims while doing this. He had no right to be there digging and stealing from these valid LODE claims belonging to my father. We finally have the evidence that we need. Nobody should do business with someone (JOHN CHURCH OF SWORDFISH MINING) who currently steals opals from someone elses (my father's) claims.
