20.66 acre UNpatented federal Lode Mining Claim, 1500 x 600 ft
PROVEN gem bearing pegmatite with tourmaline pockets; Published in numerous articles, books and publications.  Underground tunnel  workings.  BLM#CA-105785144, CHRIS just acquired this claim by relocation in early September 2022 after the prior owners/buyer defaulted on the annual filings.  We will be mining this one until it sells.  Price will go up as we develop the mine further and expose more pockets.  I will consider partial ownership and working rights, contact me.  Transfer of Ownership is by Quitclaim Deed.  Claim fees and papers current; next BLM Maintenance fee due on Sept 1, 2024 ($165-).
