Nevada shaped cut precious opal.  This was cut by Jack Harrelson and given to me by him in 1994 or 1995 when he was visiting the Greenstreets at Denio Junction, where we were selling our opals.  He  cut this from dry bank Bonanza Mine opal, from Virgin Valley, Nevada.  Jack was a shareholder and he was made infamous and notorious from his illegal artifact collecting & graverobbing of a Native American Cave in the Nevada Desert, and was set up by the olds brothers as retaliation for his involvement in the Bonanza Mine lawsuit to get him "out of the way."  I could write a book about some of the things that were going on over that lawsuit.
