This is Jasp-Agate from the Royal Flamingo Mine ("New Howardite" deposit) near Lovelock, Nevada.  Technically this piece is NOT Howardite or Flamingo Agate, but a combo Jasp-Agate without any of the normal patterning for the locality.  This was found very early on and led us uphill to rediscover the deposit in 2015-2016.  Probably a lot of cutting material in this large chunk, who knows whats inside.  This material can have fracturing but pieces like this normally have large cutting areas.
