**ANYONE DIGGING, FILLING A BUCKET, OR REMOVING MINERALS NEEDS A PERMIT**
From 8AM to 4PM on the day of your dig lease permit. 
This fee dig mineral lease allows you (one person) access a non-exclusive right to dig, remove two (2) five-gallon buckets of minerals and rose quartz from our Rose Quartz Mine near Custer, in the Black Hills of South Dakota.  
You assume ALL LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY for you and all persons with you, We will NOT be present and you agree that we will NOT be held liable for any reason.  Mines are inherently dangerous.
Upon receiving your purchase order, within 3 working days we will email you directions, info and links, and your written fee dig permit.  PRINT and bring your permit/s with you. If bad weather or road conditions exists on your visit, take a photo and send it to us, and pick another date.  NO REFUNDS whatsoever for any reason.
HIGH GROUND CLEARANCE and 4WD VEHICLE IS NEEDED TO GET TO THE MINE SITE.
RULES:
No smoking or fires. Hand tools only (pick, chisels, hammers, shovels, rakes, screen, etc).  No explosives,  mechanized, gas or battery powered tools. Each digger responsible for their own safety. Age 18 and over only. If you bring children you are responsible for them. Clean up after yourself and those in your party, leave the site better than you found it. You must comply with all Forest Service rules & regulations and are responsible for your own actions. This is done mostly on the "Honor system" although we will check the mine and permits from time to time.  You MUST show your permit to anyone who asks or you will be required to leave immediately.
