I have two sets of these volumes, so this is being offered for sale.  Extremely rare and hard to find the complete 3 volume set from 1914. there are many copies of the prior 2vol edition.   Most of the major mining law cases cite Lindley and the foundation of the modern mining and mineral law references are based on this classic work.
